In this yoga series, we’ll be practicing the lost art of storytelling! During each lesson, we’ll learn a classic mythological story and walk through the asanas together as a group. On the last day, we will build our own story together utilizing the skills, breathing techniques and asanas we practiced! Lessons will be geared toward promoting a sense of community through movement, enhancing listening and focus, and exercising your child’s amazing sense of creativity!
