The most powerful tool you can give a child is the ability to use his breath to regulate his emotions, so that he can face life challenges with determination and skill. Femke’s playful, engaging classes teach children how to do just that. Femke has been a dedicated practioner of yoga, mindfulness and meditation for over a decade. She teaches multiple interdisciplinary classes and workshops for adults and children per week, at various locations in The Woodlands and Montgomery County. When she is not teaching or practicing, she enjoys being a mom, traveling and writing.
