Learn and practice teaching how to Feel. Connect. Act to Heal.
- Learn how to integrate evidence-informed mindfulness, yoga. and mental health support skills on and off the yoga mat
- Experience trauma-informed and age appropropriate poses, breathing, focus, games, and more
- Explore neuroscience, equity and social justice in education, and Social-Emotional Learning
- Acquire information and opportunities about starting your own kids yoga business, programs in schools, and more
- Scholarships available for BIPOC and LGBTQ+

As a result of this program, we believe participants will be able to:
- Conceive, design and teach an OHMazing® theme-based Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® kids yoga class online and in-person
- Practice and teach all 8 Limbs of Yoga, including poses (asana) and breathing (pranayama)
- Practice and teach mindfulness
- Understand and use age-appropriate and safe forms of yoga, including games and related activities, to engage kids physically, emotionally, and cognitively
- Modify lessons for various audiences and age groups
- Learn, practice and weave multiple languages and intelligences into your yoga for kids class
- Use yoga for kids as a means to teach tools and techniques to empower youth and adults who work with them to disrupt habitual reactions and instead curate compassionate responses.
These trainings can be combined with past in-person and on-line Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® courses or future in-person trainings to become eligible to be a certified RCYT. We understand that plans can change after registration. We accept cancellations with reimbursement when requested more than 2 weeks before a training. When the request is within two weeks of the training, the funds may be used for a future training.
