Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® ages 3 - 7 
with Beth Reese
Mondays in Studio B
 

4-week monthly series
$10/class or $30 for a monthly series

Youth yogis ages 3-7 are invited to play and pose with Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® founder Beth Reese. Weaving story, music, art with yoga, kids have fun and learn tools to self-regulate emotions and energy levels. This is a kid-only class. Parents are welcome to join in the monthly Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® for Families classes.

First class always free for those new-to-yoga.
E-Registration recommended; drop-ins welcomed!

Studio B.  Complimentary.  No Pre-Registration Needed.  Just Show Up.

Siblings ages 18 months and up and parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and/or caregivers of all ages are invited to play and pose in these engaging classes designed to rejuvenate and relax the whole family!

Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® for Toddlers ages 2 - 4
with Beth Reese

Studio B.  Complimentary.  Pre-Registration Recommended.* Drop-ins Welcomed as space permits!*


*Class size is limited to 10 toddlers.  Secure your toddler's space through registration. 

Toddlers ages 2-4 are invited to play and pose with Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® founder Beth Reese. Weaving story, music, art with yoga, toddlers will have fun while learning tools to self-regulate emotions and energy levels.  This is a toddler-only class.  Parents are welcome to join in the monthly Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® for Families classes.

For Adults with our founder, Beth Reese:
Wednesdays, YOGA SWEAT, 6am-7am
Build inner heat and strength through this physically intense, intermediate practice exploring a wide range of asanas. Includes longer holds, arm balances and inversions.

 

Thursdays, YIN YOGA (Yoga Stretch), 7:10pm-8:10pm
Soak up the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga that focuses on the health of our joints and intricate layers of connective tissue. Holding mostly sitting poses for extended periods, from 2 to 5 minutes, we transform our joint fluids and connective tissue from static to dynamic, or something like from dried pasta to cooked pasta. Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to runners, swimmers and anyone with tight hips and hamstrings.
