Thursdays, YIN YOGA, 7:10pm-8:10pm
Soak up the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga that focuses on the health of our joints and intricate layers of connective tissue. Holding mostly sitting poses for extended periods, from 2 to 5 minutes, we transform our joint fluids and connective tissue from static to dynamic, or something like from dried pasta to cooked pasta. Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to runners, swimmers and anyone with tight hips and hamstrings.

Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® for 5- to 12-year olds
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 2:15 - 3:15 p.m.
Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® is a Registered Children's Yoga School featuring an OHMazing® interdisciplinary curriculum in English, Spanish and Sanskrit. We weave together mindfulness and wellness with art, music, dance, drama, games, stories, and other sensory-integrated activities to promote flexibility, strength, balance, collaboration, civic and social responsibility, anti-bullying and nutrition on and off the mat.
