First Mondays we will have Family Yoga, 4:15-5:00pm!

For Adults with our founder, Beth Reese:
Wednesdays, YOGA HEAT, 6am-7am
Build inner heat and strength through this physically intense, intermediate practice exploring a wide range of asanas. Includes longer holds, arm balances and inversions.


Thursdays, YIN YOGA, 7:10pm-8:10pm
Soak up the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga that focuses on the health of our joints and intricate layers of connective tissue. Holding mostly sitting poses for extended periods, from 2 to 5 minutes, we transform our joint fluids and connective tissue from static to dynamic, or something like from dried pasta to cooked pasta. Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to runners, swimmers and anyone with tight hips and hamstrings.
