Tuesdays & Thursdays, SLOW FLOW, 9am-10:15am: Yoga Institute, Houston, TX

A slow and yet powerful flow practice; combining all categories of poses with all the modifications, progressions and transitions to make each pose available to each individual. This is a heart-centered practice designed to cultivate awareness and alignment of body, mind and heart through mindful breath, movement and stillness. This Slow Flow practice is sure to inspire and challenge you whether you've just had the basics or you've been practicing yoga for a long time.

Wednesdays, YOGA HEAT, 6am-7am: The Houstonian Club
Build inner heat and strength through this physically intense, intermediate practice exploring a wide range of asanas. Includes longer holds, arm balances and inversions.

Thursdays, YIN YOGA, 7:10pm-8:10pm: The Houstonian Club
Soak up the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga that focuses on the health of our joints and intricate layers of connective tissue. Holding mostly sitting poses for extended periods, from 2 to 5 minutes, we transform our joint fluids and connective tissue from static to dynamic, or something like from dried pasta to cooked pasta. Beginner-friendly, especially beneficial to runners, swimmers and anyone with tight hips and hamstrings.
